Exercise or Physical activity is very important in every ones life in maintaining a good healthy life . Every day in the morning, at least, we should do physical activity for forty five (45) minutes to one (1) hour. Physical activity mean walking, jogging, exercise or anything where our body (muscles/joints) move and we get 'sweat'. This should be compulsorily followed by 15 minutes of 'Dayna/Meditation' or 'Yoga'. One should keep 10000 steps as an aim to walk in a day from morning to evening.
2. If we start our day with good physical activity, we feel the positive vibes in the entire day. Physical activity improves our overall health, controls our weight, boosts our mental health and mainly it promotes better sleep. It is known that World Health Organization is recommended at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity or 75 minutes of high intensity activity per week.
3. Finally, remember, any physical activity is always better than none. I always prefer to walk for one hour in the morning and I keep an target of 10000 steps in a day. Hope you guys, start your physical activity.
